Leadership in Practice is a cohort-based leadership program designed to equip participants with practical tools and leadership frameworks they can apply immediately in their roles.
Through interactive live sessions, peer discussion, and executive coaching, participants will develop the confidence and skills needed to lead effectively in today’s evolving work environment.
The program blends practical management tools with leadership mindset development to strengthen communication, delegation, influence, and decision-making skills in real-world environments.

Private Executive Coaching Session
Participants will receive one 45-minute 1:1 coaching session to deepen their learning and apply program concepts to their own leadership challenges.
